Operating for over two decades with a loyal customer base, this walk-in walk-out (WIWO) business is perfect for a qualified stylist, investor, or first-time buyer looking for a turnkey salon in a thriving local centre with loyal clientele.

About the Business:
This long-standing salon is well-known in the area and has been operated by the current owner for more than 10 years. It runs with a small, experienced team and has recently undergone a stylish interior upgrade, including modern equipment. The business operates efficiently and is fully set up for immediate transition.

Key Features:

→ Well-positioned in a busy Vermont South shopping precinct with steady foot traffic
→ Over 20 years of establishment with long-standing reputation in the area
→ Recently renovated with a fresh fit-out and updated equipment
→ Efficient team of experienced staff in place
→ Low operational costs and simple staffing structure
→ Strong repeat clientele and consistent income

Growth Potential:
Currently running with limited marketing efforts, there is strong potential to grow the business through targeted online advertising, social media presence, and local promotions. Opportunities also exist to introduce services such as a nail station or retail haircare products. Transitioning from the existing manual booking process to a modern digital booking system can further enhance customer experience and streamline operations.

Reason for Sale:

The owner is retiring from the business to travel around the world, creating an opportunity for a new operator to take over and build on its success.
